Construction has wrapped up at Summit, BLDG Management’s 42-story apartment tower at 222 East 44th Street in Midtown East. Designed by Handel Architects, the mid block tower features an angular massing that opens up views as it bends away from adjacent structures. A glass window wall clads the tower, allowing for floor to ceiling views in the apartments.
