347 Bowery
Superstructure is two floors from topping out at Selldorf Architects' 347 Bowery. Located on the site of the former Salvation Army Residences at East Third Street and Bowery, the 13-story residential tower will hold five three-bedroom apartments and ground floor retail. Completion is slated for 2016.
